Shipping Policy

A flat shipping rate will automatically be added to the purchase when you check out online. We currently only ship within the United States. There is a 'Store Pickup' option at checkout, in which case the shipping fee is waived. We will keep your order set aside for up to 5 days, if your order is not picked up within 5 days it will be placed back on the shelves and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your issued return.

Shipping times may vary. For in-stock items, shipping time will average 3 days. For out-of-stock items it will vary from 3-15. These times are not guarantees but something to be mindful of if your order has not arrived by the time you think it should.

Return & Exchange Policy

We, at DewYou Aesthetics, work very hard to recommend the correct products to you. We take into consideration your skin type, condition, & goals before recommending any product to you. With that, we do not offer refunds on products or services.

In the event there is something faulty with your product, let us know immediately. For example, a broken pump; we will then exchange the same item out for a new one.
